A great stay, 100% recommended.

We found the staff attentive when we asked for help, though some problems couldn't be fixed. For the price, I don't think I'd stay again. Maybe the room makes a difference, but we had too many inconveniences. The room itself was decent and the mattresses were comfortable. The metro was nearby, with some street food stalls near the end of the road. There was someone at the entrance around the clock and a secure door to the stairwell. We got four free coffee pods and a decent microwave. The kitchenette, though, only had four spoons and plates; we asked for bowls and got them the next day. There were ants all over our room, including on the beds, and they bit us throughout the whole week. At night it got so warm that we needed two fans to try to sleep. The internet was extremely unreliable, and a second WiFi network they gave us wasn't much better. The TV turned on, but there were no channels, and the connection was too poor even to load YouTube's home page. The shower temperature swung from warm to boiling to cold, the drain was very slow, and the sink tap had weak pressure. Room 301 above us banged and dragged furniture every day and evening, often between 10 and 11 pm, making it hard to get to bed. We could also hear everyone going up the stairs; the noise was so bad we thought they were all wearing heavy boots.

The room and everything else were really nice, and it felt safe and comfortable. The internet never worked for me, but I was only there to sleep, so it didn't matter.

For what we paid, it was appropriate. The place was clean, had plenty of water, friendly staff, and a good location. It could use better internet, another table, and more seating: the room is for four, but there's only one chair.
