The beds are very soft, and the apartments are comfortable with a big bedroom. Having 24/7 security is a real plus, as is the location. Just know that with restaurants nearby, you'll hear some outside noise if you sleep with the window open. I had a very pleasant stay.

I asked within 12 hours of booking to get a credit for another date, because an unexpected last-minute cancellation outside my control meant I couldn't make the trip. They wouldn't accommodate that. They said it was a “special” weekend, May 5, with high demand. No flexibility or goodwill at all 🤷♀️

The staff were nice, and the rooftop patio is beautiful. A lovely place to stay, you really can't go too wrong here.

10/10
The apartment had two big bedrooms, separate showers, and a nicely sized living room. Modern decor and comfortable beds, and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There's a doorman 24 hours, plus free laundry in the building and a nice rooftop area. It's close to everything. I had a lovely stay, highly recommend it, and would happily come back.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and lovely, and the reception staff were very helpful. It's set up more like a serviced apartment than a hotel, though there is 24/7 security. The location is really good. Be sure to check out the coffee shop next door.
