NIU Reforma Hotel

Check-in was super easy, and they held my luggage while I waited for the check-in time at another place. My room was small but clean, with a great view. There’s lots of good food and coffee nearby.

My reservation wasn’t in their system, even though they already knew they had no rooms available. They let me spend an hour trying to get help from the booking platform before telling me. Sending over the reservation documents was pointless if there was nowhere to stay. They wasted my time completely.

I’ve stayed here twice, really liked it, and plan to come back. The courtyard-facing rooms are quiet, and the staff have been helpful with great customer service. On my second visit I’d booked a smaller room that didn’t give my girlfriend and me enough space. They managed to move us to a larger one, even at 3 a.m. I really appreciated that.

The location is great and the rooms are clean, but check-in was really unpleasant. They couldn’t find our reservation at first, and by the time they did, our room had already been given to someone else. After half an hour, they found us a different room. They seem short-staffed. The receptionist was actually the security guard, and she was very kind and tried hard to sort it out, so I don’t blame her. The hotel management should have been better prepared.
