Eli, Viri, Miguel, Irene and Jessica made us feel at home, and every request was heard and taken care of. That's why I'll come back. We've traveled all over the world, and when staff make you feel this welcome, you want to return. Thanks to Eli, Viri, Miguel, Irene and Jessica for making our stay memorable. The apartments are really clean and in an excellent part of Mexico City. The street and neighborhood are quiet, yet everything is close, and taxis and Ubers can get to the place easily. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is roomy, stylish, and has what you need, at a comfortable price. It's especially good for business trips. The location is perfect, with several places nearby for lunch. There's no Smart TV, which can be useful, so I hope they improve that.

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices, and my room on the 1st floor was awesome, with two incredibly large bathrooms. The room, view and breakfast were all perfect. For the services and value, I'd say it's at least a 5 stars superior. Book on their website if you can, since the rate is significantly lower than what you find on the net. I stayed for one month and a half, and all the staff welcomed us like no one ever has before. I felt at home every minute, especially thanks to Adriana, Bris, Dulce, the guys at the reception and the guys from the valet parking. Thank you again Pennsylvania suites.

The flat is very spacious and the service is adequate, though nothing more. Cleaning needs work, but it's acceptable otherwise. They should open the cabinets regularly and clean the bathroom better. It's a convenient place for visiting mexico, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, between the city airport and the big center.

The staff were nice, and even the security guys were polite and helpful. It felt much better than staying in a hotel, and the stay was perfect in every other way. Just change the sheets more often, they weren't changed during our five days.
