I left a listing in this building early because I felt unsafe and believed I was being discriminated against. I reported it to Airbnb, which says it has an antidiscrimination policy, but they dismissed my case without following up, even though I had plenty of documentation and still do. They also removed my review of the awful listing because it included the word “race,” despite my experience being based on my race. The listing had a mysterious 4.99 rating, which is why I booked it in the first place. Removing legitimate reviews that might hurt their business feels like censorship and gives consumers a false sense of safety. Their dealings are deceptive and scam consumers, while also helping heartless, predatory landlords push ordinary people out of cities.

Comfortable and nice.

The views of the monument to the revolution are spectacular. The security staff were attentive and kind.

This is a condominium complex, and a small share of Airbnb hosts can’t use the amenities because of damage caused there in the past. Management is organized, and staff rotate around the clock. They follow the building’s internal rules, since owners pay annual maintenance fees and Airbnb doesn’t cover those costs.
