The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great to be able to leave our luggage there for the day. It did get a bit noisy, with poorly soundproofed windows, though that seems common throughout Mexico City. The bed was extremely firm, almost like a board.

I loved staying here and will definitely come back. It’s clean and modern, the location is phenomenal, the staff are wonderful, and it has everything you need. Thank you all!

As solo female travelers, we didn’t feel safe, and the place didn’t seem clean or worth the price once we arrived. The online booking photos were very misleading. There was no AC, and for about the same price as other hotels nearby, the experience wasn’t comparable. We booked another hotel straight away and paid barely more for AC and a pool. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling solo. There are plenty of similarly priced options. The establishment seems to know the pictures are misleading, especially since they wanted us to sign a document based on them, which we found odd. We’re reporting this to the booking site and hope to get our money back.

The price is reasonable, and the hotel is centrally located near the main attractions. It needs a team lead or management, though, because the staff seem to have no organization. The place could be cleaner, and the towels are very worn and should be replaced. My biggest complaint is that when housekeeping cleaned my room, someone went through my makeup bag and stole my perfume.
