The apartment itself was modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, good lighting and blackout curtains. Both rooms had AC, which made sleeping through record high temperatures much easier. The kitchen had enough dishes and utensils for simple meals at home. We booked through Airbnb, and the stay was fine in some ways, but the floors were really grimy. Housekeeping cost extra, and we didn’t pay because it didn’t seem to include floor cleaning. The shower was also hard to use: its pressure and temperature kept changing, and even a short shower could mean losing hot water or having it sputter on and off. The shampoo and conditioner were poor enough that we didn’t feel clean, though we should have brought or bought our own. Based on the space, I wish we could say we’d stay again, but it was difficult to get and stay clean in an otherwise nice apartment, so probably not.

I spent two weeks at ULIV Roma Norte and would stay there again when I next visit CDMX. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was glad to find washers and dryers on the terrace floor, which made traveling much easier. ERWIN was very responsive whenever I had a request, and the staff were amazing. There was delicious food nearby, and the central location worked well for the many sites I visited.

We arrived during the earthquake on Jan 2!! The employees were all polite and respectful, and Evelyn really went out of her way to make us more comfortable. She’s resourceful and knows the surrounding area very well. The terrace is great, and we had an excellent experience.

The rooms are super cute, and the place is central. Service was great, and having security 24-7 gave us peace of mind. There are stairs up to the room, so don’t pack too heavy. Brenda was sweet and very helpful.

It’s a decent spot if you like keeping to yourself. I felt safe, and bars and restaurants were within a reasonable walk. The room had a basic, economy feel, but I thought it was worth the money.
