The price was great, and the garden made for a peaceful stay. The beds were clean, and I really liked how attentive and caring the women working there were. You can ask for a fan. There's no food or coffee provided, though I didn't ask for any, and there is a small coffee room.

There was no soap or hot water, and it felt worse than camping. A huge tree was growing through the roof right in the middle of the room. I won't stay here again.

We arrived around 7 pm and a staff member welcomed us. At first the room seemed okay, but the problems showed up once we looked more closely. The property is old and badly maintained, and needs serious upkeep to meet basic hospitality standards. There were no towels. We asked for things like toilet paper, but the response was extremely slow and the toilet paper never came. A glass wall with curtains made the room too hot during the day. There was no AC, fan, or mosquito net, so opening the windows brought in swarms of mosquitoes.

There wasn't any air conditioning in the hotel's rooms, despite what the website said. The shower kept switching from cold water to hot. I asked for towels on Sunday when I first checked in because there were none in the bathroom. Maintenance was called twice during the week to fix the shower, but nothing changed.

The blanket was far too thin, and there was no AC. Towels and toilet paper weren't there unless you asked, and some workers brought them right away while others didn't. One towel I got was torn and dirty, which was gross and really weird. The water was either scalding or cold, with no comfortable temperature in between.
