The location, spacious clean room, working air conditioning, and very good buffet breakfast were all positives. The pillows were the reason I can't rate the hotel higher. They're very thick and firm, and as a side sleeper I couldn't get comfortable with my head raised so high. I only managed a few hours of sleep each night, and I've never had this issue at another hotel, even in Mexico. I'm usually not picky about bedding. It seems like thinner pillows would be a safer choice, since anyone wanting more height could stack two.

The hotel is in an amazing location, but I wouldn't come back. It felt too expensive for what you get, with no amenities or other perks, and water was leaking from the room's AC.

The staff were very nice, and the large room had comfortable beds and a great shower. There are excellent cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, with Roma Norte and Zone Rosa close by too. Two metro stations and the metro bus are an easy walk away. Great value for the location. I'll stay here again on my next Mexico City trip.

The restaurant's breakfast and brunch buffet has lots of hot dishes and is quite nice. The staff were helpful, kind, and patient, and everything in the room worked. The doors are pretty thin, though, so in the morning you can hear people fumbling around outside. It's good value and in a safe neighborhood, with key areas close by. You can walk to La Roma Area, and the metro is about an eight-minute walk, with bus connections to Centro Historico and La Condesa. TAPO bus station is only a few metro stops away, handy for a day trip to Puebla. There's also an OXXO convenience store right across from the hotel. I'd recommend it.

We spent two nights here with a tour group. The location sits between the historic center and the newer part of the city, with nice bars and restaurants around. Breakfast is a fairly good buffet for the price, with all the essentials. Our rooms were a bit noisy because of the roads nearby.
