The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully equipped, and the staff were attentive and knew our names as soon as we arrived. We were in the heart of safe, lovely Polanco. Service through WhatsApp was personal and responsive, and the concierge could arrange museum tickets and activities for an extra fee. The complimentary minibar was restocked daily with snacks, soft drinks, coconut water, electrolyte drinks, mineral water, and Nespresso pods. The Le Labo toiletries smelled wonderful. I’d have liked razors and mouthwash among the amenities, and Netflix as an in-room option, but this was still one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The staff made our plans for Teotihuacán and the National Museum of Anthropology so easy, arranging everything and finding us an outstanding guide who brought both visits to life. The hotel itself has a cozy feel, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Its location was fantastic too. We’ll absolutely come back.

Breakfast was really good, and the staff were so kind and attentive. My Mom, Grandma, and I came here after staying at another hotel, and the room was awesome. The snacks and all the extras were free, including robes, slippers, and necessities. There were even more complimentary things included. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, and we’d definitely go again. Five stars!

We stayed for almost a week while celebrating our wedding, and the place felt cozy, like a second home. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, making sure both we as the couple and all our guests were comfortable. Choosing The Alest for our wedding party made for a delightful experience.
