We felt so at home here, and had no complaints. Breakfast from the chef was exquisite, and after long walks the spa tub was just what we needed. The hotel is peaceful and private enough that it felt like we were the only guests around. The staff were lovely, professional, and respectful throughout, and the security team was always alert to guests' needs. They were happy to show us around the hotel too, which is VERY interesting. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel team were wonderful, from Alex the concierge to the 24h security and restaurant staff. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. Our suite was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very large. The hotel area has a history that you can explore on the rooftop terrace, with pictures about the building and family history. Little touches like complimentary bottled and filtered water, plus fresh milk for coffee in the room, were appreciated. I'd absolutely recommend staying here in CDMX.

Ask your doorman why I left one star. He'll probably know. I'm not going to spend time explaining it here, but he should be fired.
