The room was just like the pictures, clean and really cozy, and the staff were very friendly. We felt safe in this quiet neighborhood, with bars, cafés, a park and high-end restaurants only two blocks away. My only concern was the bathtub’s hot water, which took 5-10 minutes to arrive.

The room looked modern and was clean, but the bathroom needed maintenance. There was mold in the shower and a crack in the ceiling. You have to request housekeeping; otherwise they don’t clean the room.

2/10
The kitchen equipment was poor, and dishes were chipped. Cleaning was only once a week, so the trash piled up. The hotel was nicely decorated, and its location was fairly convenient.

I was unsure about the concept at first, but it won me over. The rooms were clean, the staff were nice, and we loved our stay.
