We had food options close by, and the event was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The beds were really comfortable, and the customer service was great. The rooms were kind of small but very clean, and the location right in the heart of town was convenient. I'd stay again and recommend it.

Parking and WiFi are free, which is handy. My room was a little small but comfortable, and the hotel is close to the center of Montemorelos. A good place to stay overnight if you're visiting Montemorelos or Bioparque Estrella.

Good customer service. The rooms were small but clean, and the bathrooms were really small too.
