The housekeeping really stood out. They cleaned properly every day, sweeping the floors and refreshing things throughout the room, not just making the bed and taking out trash. It felt more attentive than at many U.S. hotels I've stayed in. The location made exploring easy, with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and little parks all close by. The hotel is cute and well kept, with a restaurant and bar onsite, another restaurant on the first floor, and one on the roof too. Our room had a lovely little private patio, just right for morning coffee or sitting outside for a while. It was tiny, but I loved it. The storage cubbies and different lighting options were thoughtful touches. The room was charming and laid out well. Not every room has AC, so request one ahead of time if you need it. Ours didn't, and it was mostly okay, though on a couple of warmer nights we slept with the windows open and the fan running. The neighborhood stays lively and can be noisy at night. Earplugs helped, especially if you're a light sleeper.

Nancy was wonderful and always went the extra mile, thank you! I stayed two nights in April 2026 and found the room clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, even if it wasn't luxury hotel sized. The location is great, with relaxing cafes and lively street stalls nearby, plus a subway station that makes getting around easy.

The location made it easy to explore, with plenty of restaurants and key attractions within walking distance. Staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the clean, comfortable rooms had everything we needed. It was a great stay from beginning to end, and I'd recommend it as a city base.

The rooms are stylish and modern, and the location is great. We'd read about the noise, so my partner and I asked for a high floor and brought earplugs. We're used to noisy places, but ended up on the first floor and it was incredibly loud even with good earplugs and the AC on. Music from the restaurant below mixed with road noise. We asked twice to switch rooms, but the hotel was full. The shower leaked, and hot water ran out quickly. We wouldn't stay again.

A solid choice in Roma norte, with comfortable rooms, good showers, AC, and Wi-Fi. Condessa is walkable, and there are hundreds of street bars and cafés nearby. Casa 1900 across the road has great coffee and pastries.
