The lobby and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, with beautiful mountain views, though a busy highway runs right in front. Service was professional, well presented, and very hospitable.

Great location. The room was okay, but there was hot water only two days out of the five. I reported it each time.

We stayed one weekend night for a family event and had a poor experience. The room wasn’t clean, and the mini split A/C began leaking badly down the wall and onto the floor, ruining a pair of my shoes. I reported it straight away. The hotel was full, so they couldn’t move us, but said maintenance would fix it. When we got back nearly eight hours later, nothing had been done, and the front desk had no information about my earlier report. They offered again to call maintenance, but after almost an hour nobody came. We were exhausted and needed to get back on the road in the morning, so we couldn’t wait any longer. They gave us a couple of towels to keep from slipping on the water and a complimentary breakfast. I won’t return.

The staff were nice enough and the location is central, though it’s on a difficult corner to reach by car. The rooms are a decent size but poorly maintained, with bad lighting and very old linens. It’s okay, but there’s no way this is a four-star hotel. There are better options nearby.
