The room was tiny and the AC couldn’t cool it, so I was sweating the whole time. The beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were so thin we heard a baby crying all night. There were thousands of ants crawling over the danishes in the coffee area. The front desk lady was completely rude and spent ten minutes checking whether my room was prepaid, even after I showed her the receipt. Their “breakfast” was one muffin and some papaya. The positive reviews have to be fake. This was the second-worst hotel experience of my life.

The AC made an annoying dripping-water noise. I asked twice to have it fixed, but nobody came. Service in general was awful, and the staff weren’t nice or welcoming. There aren’t any nice restaurants or conveniences nearby. I don’t recommend it and won’t stay again.

It was a decent place for my short stay in that area, and it had everything I needed. The rooms are outdated, but that’s okay for what this place is. Everything worked. Security is really tight, probably because it’s not in the greatest part of town.

There were bedbugs in the rooms, and probably kissing bugs too. My sister has severe bites all over her body. We lost two days of our holiday moving away and doing laundry.

The rooms are old, though mostly okay, like what you’d find at a cheaper major chain. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and breakfast wasn’t good for anyone in a hurry: it started at 7am and was late even then. Mostly, I’m giving two stars because it made me late to a meeting.
