They still owe me $6,920. I signed the contract release, then they stopped responding and blocked my number. I’m calling out Eliza, Alejandra, and Roberto, the owner of Soyrumi. International students should avoid Barrio Tec and any Soyrumi property. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company, especially if you’re a foreigner.

While living at Barrio Tec, I ran into ongoing problems with the building’s management, along with the water and electricity. It’s kind of incredible how long these issues have dragged on.

Even when I went there in person for help, they said they were “not there.” That could happen any day, at any time, and there was no way to reach them by phone, email, or message either. They keep your deposit and ignore all your attempts to contact them. Terrible management. I don’t recommend renting from this place.
