VN Hotel

The hotel stayed spotless the whole time, and the staff were always attentive and ready to help.

It’s a cute little hotel in a safe area, and the room was cozy and clean, though pretty dusty. The bed felt comfortable, but the sheets had stains. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the breakfast listed on the website turned out not to be free. The walls are thin, so you hear the hallway and the next room. Construction noise also starts early enough to wake late risers.

The rooftop terrace has a lovely view, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The hotel itself is beautiful and fairly affordable, with comfortable, clean rooms and staff who are accommodating and quick to help if something goes wrong. The gym could use more equipment, though it has cardio machines, some free weights, and a punching bag. There were signs for a spa, but it seemed closed or possibly not there at all. I’d definitely recommend staying here in town.

The place was spacious, but it wasn’t what we wanted. The beds had an odd curve that made sharing uncomfortable, like one person might roll off. There’s no central AC, so it stays as hot as outdoors until you switch on the bedroom minisplit, which doesn’t sense the room temperature automatically. Internet also gets slow once more than three devices are connected.
