The place is comfortable, classy, and tasteful, and I admire and respect the people who run it. What really stands out is the personal attention from the owners. They understand hospitality and service. Congratulations, and please keep doing things this way. If you can, ask for the suite with the panoramic bathtub.

The room was roomy and comfortable, with a kitchenette, microwave, and mini-fridge. Plaza las Américas is within walking distance, and you can catch public transportation to the city center two blocks away.

The only thing I missed was parking, since you have to leave the car on the street. Otherwise, everything was just right: clean, good WiFi, excellent staff service, a reasonable price, and a good location. It's a nice place to relax or, like me, get some work done. I'd definitely come back.
