The rooms get very cold in December, with no AC or heater. They also don’t clean the room unless you ask. When they do service it, they reuse the sheets. I know because the fitted sheet had a big hole in it. There’s no coffee machine, iron or ironing board, safe, or hair conditioner in the room, and they only provide the initial water bottles. I won’t stay here again.

The best part of this small hotel is its location on Avenida Madero, one block from the Tarascas Fountain and a few blocks from the cathedral. It has no restaurant, but it’s a handy place to rest and get around to things in the city. Early morning access is an option too. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The basic bathroom has a hairdryer, and there’s a wardrobe; you can ask for an iron. I had a small reservation mix-up, but they found me a room quickly without much of a wait. I stayed in a double room with a king-size bed. The price seemed average.
