Hotel Paquime

There are more than five restaurants within walking distance, and across the street there's a park plaza with vendors on weekends. The residents are exceptionally friendly, helpful, honest, and down to earth. It's a beautiful historic farming community and city, with highly educated residents. A fabulous family-oriented place, and a wonderful place to raise a family. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff made this a good stay for us. Everyone was kind and attentive, and when I mentioned the cigarette smell, the attendant quickly arranged for housekeeping to clean the room thoroughly. We were in a junior suite for a weekend visit with family in Nvo Casas Grandes, and the hotel is centrally located. The room itself felt dated, especially the carpet and furnishings. It had AC, a comfortable king-size bed, and WiFi that worked somewhat, though the connection wasn't great. There were beer cans left in the room, and it smelled of cigarettes. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I'm happy with our stay, mostly because the staff were great.

I was riding my motorcycle through Mexico and stayed here for MXP 600 a night, a very reasonable price. They had secure parking, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely stay again.

The hot tub is very old and needs maintenance or replacement. Breakfast was really good, and the staff were professional and helpful. There aren't any facilities for elderly people.
