The location is great, and it’s a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly, which made for a great stay.

The TV in our room didn’t work, and the noise was constant. We were placed beside the pool and picnic area, then refused a room change when we asked. Staff also wouldn’t ask the party to quiet down. We paid for four nights and won’t stay here again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The front desk staff were helpful, and housekeeping was good. We chose the hotel for its location and private parking, about a 20-minute walk from the main square. It’s a nice-looking place with a pool, though I didn’t use the pool, restaurants, or room service.

Bring your own shampoo, soap, and toiletries, since they don’t provide any. Leaving in the morning was a mess: we needed to go at 7:30, but staff had to shuffle the cars around to get ours out. We finally left at 8:30 because there isn’t enough parking space.

The hotel and rooms were quite good, but the service didn’t make us feel comfortable. When we tried to rent pool towels or order something, the staff seemed not to trust us. They could make guests feel more welcome with better hospitality.
