We booked over six months ahead, then on the day they gave our room to someone who offered more. We were left stranded during the busiest weekend of the year, with nowhere else to stay for miles. They showed no sympathy or concern. Avoid this place if having a roof over your head matters to you.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We first got a tiny room, but since it was low season, they moved us to a bigger one. The room was okay, and the toilets were alright, though the shower head was small and the water pressure barely there. The location is good, but it’s right beside a very busy road, so traffic noise goes on constantly. Fine hotel, just noisy.

The location is perfect for visiting downtown, but the rooms are old, poorly designed, and need maintenance. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It’s expensive for what you get, since cheaper and more comfortable hotels are available. The parking lot is small. I’ll never come back.

Having its own parking lot is a plus, since few hotels do. The location is perfect for downtown, though the rooms need maintenance. You can get a more comfortable hotel for less.

The church bells waking me at 7am were part of the fun. This was the best place to catch the bandas and parade for dia De Los muertos, and I had a really nice stay. I’m coming back in Nov one more time.
