The front desk staff were lovely and helpful, but the hotel felt shabby and very basic, and the rooms smelled unpleasant and faced a noisy highway. The advertised roof terrace is tiny and has no seating area. Although they say you can walk to the airport, there’s no pedestrian access on the road there, so that isn’t actually possible. For the price, it was a very disappointing stay.

The rooms were beautiful, and the hotel is close to the airport. The coffee was amazing, too. Customer service was amazing: everyone was berry friendly and kind about the language barrier, using a translator on the phone or speaking English and Spanish.

Gael and Rafael gave us really good service, which was excellent. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t the one we’d seen on the website. The hotel is close to the airport, but the area looks bad and it was too noisy.
