Much too expensive for what you get. The wifi never worked, hot water took ages, and there were days when our rooms weren't cleaned.

2/10
The place looks great, but it reeks of exploitation. Service was poor because they didn't have enough workers. I spoke with one employee and noticed several management problems. Shame on them. You can't run a hotel on good looks alone, and this place proves it.

8/10
It's three blocks from the zócalo, clean and comfortable, with great service and attentive staff. A good place to stay the nights and spend the days out.

6/10
A comfortable place in Oaxaca's centro histórico, two blocks from the zócalo and andador turístico.

This place exploits its workers. Don't eat here or stay here.
