Cynthia was a wonderful host, and we had a great stay. The place was peaceful and we felt very safe. Coffee, fruit, cereal, and bread were included in the price. They also offer things like massages and a Mezcal Sauna, which is a must!

The views are great, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was epic, too. It’s a good place to stay, though the location is quite far from the city.

Looking for somewhere peaceful just outside the city center? La Casa del Nenúfar is a great choice. Cinthia and her mother make you feel at home and help make the stay comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it has everything you could want for a pleasant visit.

The climb up the hill to the house is a real challenge, though that isn’t the hosts’ fault. There was also cold water for bathing and a lot of stagnant water, presumably for growing water lilies, though I don’t know for sure. On the good side, the hosts were excellent, the service was perfect, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was basic but quite good.
