Quinta Roca Hotel

My vacation was ruined by the way the owner and administrator handled this. My experience at Quinta Roca was awful. The hotel had bed bugs, and they didn't want to pay for a replacement hotel with the same characteristics or for medical expenses. I didn't want to stay another minute because I didn't want my seven-year-old daughter exposed to this. I'd spent the whole previous day at the hotel feeling sick, but they refused to cover anything. Their professionalism was disgusting, and I nearly had a nervous collapse. I'm furious about their incompetence. I told them I'd go public and viral, and of course I'll proceed legally. Please don't expose your family to this unprofessional and dangerous place. I've added my photos and the medical certificate saying I was attacked by an arthropod. Be very careful.

The team here is the best. Everyone is kind and patient, and Carlos is amazing!

The room is on the small side, but it's very clean and everything is organized well. The location isn't ideal, though it's not too far from the center. There's no parking, so you need to leave your car out front, which is good to know.

The street below gets very noisy, and there's a slightly unpleasant smell from the pipes. Inside, the lobby is welcoming and has a big selection of drinks and sweets. Staff are friendly and always helpful, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are large and comfortable.
