Raina and the man on the night shift were especially friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and clean, and the location worked great for me. There’s no A/C, but the room had fans and that was enough. Water and coffee are free in the lobby, and gated parking is available for an extra $80 peso. I’d recommend it. Brad Luo

We felt welcome every time we came across the staff, who greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and lovely, and the colorful, beautiful property has amazing views from the terrace. It’s close to Centro and Zocalo, so the location is hard to beat. A great place to stay in Oaxaca, Mexico, for a vacation. 😀

The historic center and Zocalo are very close, and the rooms were spotless. They’re on the small side, though. There’s no air conditioning, but they brought us a fan when we asked, which made the room comfortable at night.

The walls are a little thin, though the hotel was quiet enough that it didn’t cause us trouble. Staff were friendly and professional, and the room was cleaned and the bed made each day. The mattresses are medium-firm and clean. For the price, it’s affordable, with good service, free water and coffee in the lounge, and a reasonable standard overall. Nothing about the quality is especially remarkable, but it’s a fair place for what it costs.
