I slept like a baby here, which matters most to me. The bed was really comfy and the shower was fantastic. Staff were attentive, kind, and friendly, and the hostel runs lots of activities that make it easy to meet people. There’s a small kitchen with the basics, free water refill stations, and a little pool upstairs with stools. It’s refreshing and a great place to sunbathe and unwind after hours of exploring. I also had a very pleasant stay at Viajero CDMX 🤩 The WiFi was pretty bad, and none of the lines worked well in our room. Our dorm was right by the entrance, so it was often quite loud, though people did respect quiet hours from 11pm. There weren’t many spots to relax outside the terrace and the nice inner courtyard by reception, but I understand that’s because of the location. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely return. Thank you for everything! 🫶🏻

Luis at reception was wonderful and really helpful, and the activities were great. The rooms were clean, the location excellent, and I felt very safe. Most of the stay was good. I did have a bad experience at the bar. Dahlia, who was working there, was quite rude to me. The Mexican guy working at the bar kept flirting with me in front of my boyfriend, and that made him very uncomfortable.

The bartenders were both welcoming and helpful, and Tony was like a ray of sunshine. There’s a wide choice of drinks at the bar, and the food was lovely for the price. We had a worthwhile stay, and it made our trip memorable.

The food was excellent, and everything was well organized. The location is ideal, with a beautiful view, and the rooms and common areas were clean. I had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this hostel. The one downside was the woman working the morning bar shift. In the six days I was there, I never saw her be friendly to anyone. She seemed very unfriendly and almost annoyed to be there, which made breakfast uncomfortable. Honestly, it felt like she really disliked her job, and maybe even the guests.😅

We had a great two-night stay. Reza made us feel completely welcome and got us involved in games. He’s a lovely host, and the rooftop bar was a perfect spot both to relax and meet new people. Would 100% recommend!
