The room was comfortable and clean, which was what mattered most to me. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 25 years, and I think this place is a great asset to the area. Still, our first impression wasn't great: the doors were locked when we tried to check in, and the guest service representative was asleep on a chair beside a male companion. We had to keep tapping on the door to wake her. She wiped the drool from her mouth, and her shirt was soaked from sleeping so soundly. The nightclub next door played loud music all night, but we were so tired from traveling that it didn't bother me too much. We tried to stay again the next day, but the young lady said they were sold out and sent us to a very gross, nasty hotel.

The restaurant is separate from the hotel, and it's very good. There were renovations going on, which I don't mind, but the work continued until nine at night, even on Sunday. The Master Suite had no Wi-Fi. The reception desk said the signal didn't reach that room.
