I'm glad the outstanding invoice has now been issued, and I appreciate the staff who followed up and helped resolve it. Our colleague had a positive stay, but the administrative service after booking, including billing, should be as consistent and prompt as the rest of the customer service. We chose the hotel expecting good accommodation for our colleague and timely attention to the invoice. I understand internal issues can happen, but a hotel of this standard should have ways to sort them out quickly without affecting the customer. I trust this process will be strengthened. The staff's excellent work and the pleasant stay deserve equally solid administrative support.

I booked for four people and went on Saturday, November 15th, but they only offered one double bed and had no extra bed for the fourth person, so I didn't stay. I paid by credit card, and they still haven't refunded me. I've called every day, but they keep sending me in circles, saying the manager hasn't told them anything and they don't know what is going on. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The reception staff were awful. They offer parking at a good location called "Roxi," but charged me 750 pesos for a lost ticket even though I was staying at the hotel. Very disappointing.

The rooms have different themes, and the decor feels luxurious. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Service was excellent, and the location is close to the city center. Highly recommended.

Really impressive rooms and a superb hotel. The restaurant is good, and it's right in the heart of the city. Parking is a two-minute walk away.
