The cleaning staff do a great job, and the place is always super clean. It's picturesque and well maintained, with a good kitchen and a couple of seating areas for a family meal. The rooms are comfortable and fairly priced for the location, especially considering there's no parking. There's no air conditioning, but even in midsummer, fans made the rooms okay for sleeping. It's not right in the middle of town, but close enough to everything Orizaba has to offer.

The WiFi worked well and the bedding was pretty good, but we were terribly disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We booked three rooms, and none had towels or a bath mat. The shower tiles were slippery, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, and no coffee or bottled water. There's a kitchen, but guests apparently can't use it. The staff weren't friendly, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan. These are basic things I'd expect at a hotel.

A good option if you want a little privacy away from Orizaba's busy areas while still getting a brief feel for local life. Convenient, very clean, great service, and an excellent price.
