Just okay.

The music from their guests was so loud late at night that I had to call several times asking for it to be turned down. This has happened before. I'll be filing complaints with public safety and PROFECO to try to get the issue addressed.

The office staff were very friendly, but my reservation wasn't honored when I arrived a few days ago. The security guard was unfriendly, refused to call the person working the night shift, and told me they were full. This was the second time that same guard has treated me this way.

It's set back from the road, so there's no traffic noise, and you get a view of nature. The staff were attentive and even found a TV that could read my USB drive. Good value for the money.

They have rooms for groups of different sizes, and the staff are happy to answer questions about rooms or service. Everyone was very friendly.
