The servers are always really helpful and the customer service is very good. The made-to-order food is fresh and generally tastes good, though it could use a pinch more seasoning. The buffet is a joke, and the lobby and hallway are way too hot. The internet sucks.

The hotel is a long way from downtown, which made getting around less convenient. The room was much tighter than I expected for two people, and the receptionist piled on strict rules that put a damper on our plans. I chose it after seeing the online pictures, but the stay didn't live up to them. I'd advise looking at another hotel to avoid disappointment.

The rooms were in rough shape, and I didn't realize how bad they were until we'd already checked in. We had seven families at our reunion, and my room was assigned to other people twice. My son's room had poor air conditioning and a mirror held together with black tape. The A/C in my room was also weak, the showerhead had yellow tape on it, and the carpets were really dirty. A family member from town made the reservation for us and hadn't known the rooms were like this. They need to update the website photos so people booking online don't pay for this kind of place.

The rooms were dirty once we finally got them. One smelled like cigarettes, another had broken A/C, and another had just one queen bed instead of the two full beds we'd all expected, with three or four people per room. There was trash, belongings left in drawers, and a clogged sink. Several other families were waiting too, and some left to find another place. Before that, the rooms weren't ready at the promised time. Three people were at the desk but nobody could say when they'd be done, only that they were still being cleaned. Once ready, the staff couldn't find our reservations. Then they claimed we hadn't said how many guests would be in each room, though no one asked during booking. We showed them the steps we'd taken to reserve, and they still charged extra per person. The rude women at the front desk made the whole mess even worse. Don't stay here.
