Ame Hotel Boutique & Spa

We might give the hotel another chance because it has good potential, despite some real downsides. We stayed almost a month, and housekeeping was very inconsistent. In the final week, the room wasn't cleaned once and even the trash stayed there. The room was bright and very large, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the bed felt short, so anyone over 175 cm might find it uncomfortable. The kitchen had almost nothing when we arrived, just one frying pan. The microwave didn't work, and the extractor hood light was out. The administration ordered kitchenware, but it took six days to arrive. They replaced the bulbs, but never fixed the microwave. The photos showed a large mirror that wasn't actually in the room. The location was excellent, close to the beach, supermarkets, nightlife, bars, and restaurants, though that convenience came with quite a bit of night noise.

I felt comfortable and safe during my five-night visit, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. They helped with anything we needed, including booking taxis. The rooms were clean, and the rooftop pool was a great place to hang out. The lobby coffee, available almost 24/7, was a lifesaver 😅. The service deserves six stars!

The hotel and its location were excellent, and breakfast was adequate. George, Los, the manager, and the rest of the staff were all smiling and welcoming.

I spent 10 wonderful days here. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and always ready to help. Reception was very well trained, especially Gabriel Espinosa, number one! Maldonado was very kind too. I highly recommend the hotel. Thank you, I'll be back.
