Do NOT book here! We cancelled and are asking for a full refund. There was mold, dust all over the ceiling and fans, and the place looked nothing like the pictures. The bathroom made me feel sick.

We’re staying at the Blvd Hotel now, and the TV in our first room wasn’t working. I told Elizabeth at the front desk, and she took the initiative to sort it out and make sure we were happy with the new room. She was so helpful and professional that I wondered if she might be the manager. It was refreshing to get that kind of care.

Three different rooms, and every one was as bad as the last. Dirty, unsafe, and a complete hell hole. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in. Avoid it at all costs.

The location is great, but I’d rather walk farther than stay here. The rooms smelled like sewage, the staff were rude, the sheets were dirty, and the towels were old, with some torn. I’ve stayed in hotels and hostels across a lot of countries, and even camped outdoors in tents. This was the worst place I’ve encountered. Stay away!

This place is really ugly and smelly, especially for what it costs. I tried to cancel through the booking app, which said the hotel could either accept or reject it, but the staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t work with me.
