They don't clean the place every day, and the shared areas are usually dirty. The hot water is never hot, and they don't even leave soap or shampoo. The room description listed a kitchen and other amenities, but when you arrive, your room doesn't have them.

We rented three different apartments, and they were all very nice. There are five-bedroom apartments as well as individual rooms. It's quiet, clean, the pool is nice, and the Wi-Fi works well.
