Given the low cost and great location, the hotel is fine if you set your expectations accordingly. Check-in and checkout were easy, housekeeping was excellent, and the AC was strong. There's no sound insulation. You can hear street conversations, noise from the atrium, and people in neighboring rooms, almost as if there's only paper between you. Hot water also takes a while to come through.

Other hotel guests were loud at night and didn't seem to care that others were trying to sleep. I barely got any rest. The beds and pillows are very hard, and you have to pay a 1000mxn cash deposit.

There was no kitchen or fridge in the room, which might be inconvenient for a longer stay or if you like preparing your own meals. Otherwise, I found it comfortable and had a positive stay. The hotel was really clean and well maintained, and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Check-in and any questions during the stay were easy to handle.

I booked through air bnb and received confirmation, but when I arrived the front desk said they don't handle air bnb bookings and refused to check me in. I ended up paying 200 dollars more for a last-minute hotel. Terrible service. I hope air bnb gets my money back and deals with this hotel.

Great location, with a cozy café and an amazing Italian restaurant right next door. Highly recommend!
