The kids club was a hit with our 2-year-old, with engaging activities and a welcoming feel. The pool was huge and beautiful, with plenty of room to relax while still feeling family-friendly. We also loved the variety of delicious food at every restaurant, and how accommodating they were with young children. Traveling with a toddler and a baby can be hard, but the thoughtful amenities for little ones made our stay comfortable and easy. The service was warm and caring throughout. Concierge Alfonso went above and beyond to get everything arranged for our family, and our babysitter Daniela was gentle, patient, and wonderful with our baby. We made such special memories here and will definitely be back. This was hands down the best resort I've been to, and I'd highly recommend it to families with young children. Everything exceeded our expectations.

We'd love to see chicken and veggie burger options for the burgers served by the pool. That's the one area we'd improve. Otherwise, we found this all-inclusive resort incredibly well organized, clean, and staffed by very friendly people. The food was excellent, which can be a worry for me at all-inclusives. Frida and Lucca were both great, and we'd go back. Service was exceptional, too. On our last day, the concierge arranged for our luggage to be picked up at 9:00 am while we were at breakfast, and it was waiting in the lobby when we finished. The kids loved the heated children's pool at Ambassador, which we hadn't been sure would be heated before arriving, and all the daytime activities, including pool games. The teen room had plenty to do, with arcade and video games, billiards, and fooseball. We'll definitely return.

It was a company trip where Top Performers were given this experience, and many of us left inspired to bring the same kind of delight to our customers back home. As my first time in Mexico, I was blown away by the beauty, the customer service, and experiencing the culture through the employees and people. Everyone from the room staff to the pool staff, bartenders, and waiters was amazing. Our concierge, Nico, deserves a special mention. He made us feel EXTRA cared for, completing our requests and often anticipating what we needed. He's warm, friendly, easy to talk to, and adds his own personal touch to the service. You can see his ambition and drive, and I think he'll have a great career here. I'm honored to have had this experience and can't wait to come back. 10/10 recommend!

The kids and teens clubs are unmatched, with so much going on that our children didn't want to leave. We've visited a family resort almost every year, but this was our first time at Grand Velas, and I can see why it's considered the best family resort in Mexico. The food is some of the best I've ever had. Drinks, service, and beauty are top notch, and it was worth every penny.
