We booked a week but couldn't stay because a foul smell was coming from the bathroom toilet. A leaking toilet pipe made the house unlivable, yet the dishonest manager still tried to keep our payment.

The owner tried to make us stay in a house that was completely different from the one advertised online. It felt deliberate. Be careful and stay away!

The location is excellent, right in the center, but our experience was bad and I do not recommend this place. There were no signs showing the apartment entrance, so it took us a while to find it. We arrived at night and couldn't reach either the person who had made the reservation for us or the number in the app. The office shown on Maps had a phone number posted, and someone finally answered, sounding annoyed that we'd arrived after check-in time. We had only been told check-in was after 3 PM, with no mention of a cutoff. After a long, frustrating wait, we got into the apartment and found fecal matter splashed in one of the bathrooms. We left because we no longer trusted the apartment's cleanliness, and there was no one we could reach to help find another place. We canceled our two-night booking, though they charged us for one night, which we understood since it was through Booking.com. That was the only option they offered. The following day, we had to visit their offices about three times to make a complaint and cancel the reservation, because they weren't open during the hours they'd given us.
