Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

We usually stay with the Villa group next door and are also members of the Tafer group, which includes Garza and Mousai. We moved from the villa to Mousai for a few days to try it, and loved the beautiful, spacious studio. Food was great, though prices are a bit up there if you don't have all-inclusive. The staff were awesome, always ready to help and chat. It was a very adults-only experience, with plenty of chairs and space at the beach, pools and rooftop pool, so it never felt crowded. We had a great time! 😎🤗

Blanca and Eduardo at the pool, along with Edgar from activities, made the trip a 5 ⭐️+ for us. We felt genuinely pampered and cared for. Our concierges, Anel and Rubisel, were fantastic and thorough, and made my husband's birthday extra special. We had the best time and will ask for all these wonderful people on every visit. The adults-only setting never felt crowded and made it easy to relax. The hotel was spotless and felt safe, with bright, fun decor, lovely scents throughout and a bidet in each bathroom. We loved the delicious food and the variety, and they thoughtfully accommodated my food allergies. Each morning we watched the sunrise over the ocean from our room and private balcony. Diana greeted us warmly every morning and through the day, always ready to help and making us feel cared for. The whole staff delivered exceptional service, with every interaction going above and beyond. I honestly have no complaints and am already looking forward to coming back.

We found the resort through a girls trip and had a beautiful stay on the adults-only side. Everything was clean, luxurious and well kept. Our gorgeous room had a balcony hammock and jacuzzi, which made it extra relaxing. Staff were welcoming and service was great. Restaurants need reservations, but the food was worth it, fresh, flavorful and well done. Breakfast had lots of choices, and the Italian restaurant was one of my favorites for breakfast. Staying on the adults-only side gave us access to all three resorts. We explored different areas and tried several restaurants and snack spots, which made the trip feel bigger and more fun. Keep an eye on tipping: even with all-inclusive, charges can add up and appear at checkout if you're not paying attention. The adults-only side was very calm and quiet, nice for relaxing, but I wanted more nightlife or evening entertainment, like a party, show or other event. It would give people something to do at night besides head back to the room. Still, it was a relaxing, beautiful, luxurious stay, great for unwinding. More entertainment would take it to the next level.
