Right in Puebla's colonial center, the setting and architecture are striking, and the hotel has kept its distinctive colonial character. Just know the street is extremely busy and loud. You can hear traffic, music, and people throughout the day and night, especially around holidays.

We stayed for five days and every staff member we dealt with gave outstanding service. There wasn't a refrigerator in our room, but they let us store our food in another one. The way the staff treated us made it clear that looking after guests matters here.

A lovely find, with a great location and a really roomy, spotless room. The staff were helpful and kind, too. I'd come back and would recommend it.

Everyone was professional, and the rooms were nice. I also appreciated the valet parking and felt the hotel was very secure. There's a good range of alcohol, and after long walks the Micheladas were a treat. They serve a buffet on Sundays as well.

Noise went on around the clock, and the staff didn't seem to care when other guests were loud too. I couldn't sleep at all, so I moved to another hotel.
