The main drawbacks were the skylights and the bathroom setup. The skylights don't close, so daylight fills the room by 6:00 AM. And with the bathrooms enclosed entirely in glass, there's no privacy at all, even from people in the kitchen, living room, or dining room. Otherwise, the location and service are excellent, the rooms feel luxurious, the beds are comfortable, and they provide capsule coffee and water. The bathrooms also have a steam room.
