Hotel Andante

The hotel itself is great, and the room we had was amazing. It's a cute place, but watch out at the reception. I handed over $500 for laundry, and they said they had no change, so I said I'd return. When I did, the girl claimed the bill was fake. I know it wasn't, since I'd had it for four days and kept seeing it, and I even checked it with an app that shows 3D views of the currency. There was also a man working there counting his money, with plenty of change. I hope they eventually get caught.

The composer theme gives the place a distinctive feel, and I liked the little balconies. The staff were lovely, and it's just a short walk to the zócalo and plenty of good restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again.

This was probably the best hotel of our trip in Mexico, an easy five stars. The rooms were huge and very clean, each decorated around a different composer. When you enter, a player automatically starts that composer's music. The large, beautifully decorated halls on the floors are a nice place to relax with friends or work alone. From the hall, an administrator takes you to your floor via the elevator.

The music idea is really interesting, and the hotel itself is nice. But the rooms weren't clean. There were stains and marks all over the bedclothes, which was disgusting, and the floor was dusty and dirty with shoe marks on it.
