We couldn't get to the hotel on Jan 4 because of a parade, and nobody had told us about it. When we asked for a refund, the hotel refused. The next day we also had to walk a block and a half back for the receipt needed to get our car out of the parking lot.

Getting around was easy since I could walk to the places I wanted to visit. I stayed here in 2018 and found it quite comfortable. There was no AC, but the fan kept the room comfortable, and the heavy shutters blocked the street noise so I could sleep as long as I liked.

The hotel is beautiful and close to the city center, with medium-sized, comfortable rooms and a really nice shower. Breakfast is the downside: there isn't much choice, no alternative, slow service, and limited seating and space. There's also no AC. The fan is too noisy to use at night.

The rooms are clean and new, and the hot water comes through really fast. People were very kind and the service was amazing. It's a great spot, about two blocks from the main church and other things, though being so close to the town center means it gets loud at night.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, but with no AC, summer probably wouldn't be a good time to stay. Breakfast is a cup of coffee, a glass of juice, and a small serving of watermelon. For 30 pesos you can get a slice of bread with microwaved sauce and tortillas. I'm heading out to find a proper breakfast on the street in 3..2..1.
