Breakfast was AMAZING, and everyone was lovely. The room was super clean and nice, but ours had no window and felt very dark and a bit dump. I felt somewhat trapped after three nights, though it would've been okay for one night.

The location was good, and the light breakfast was fine by me, though the menu options were limited. Housekeeping only made the bed: no coffee, trash removal, or floor mopping. If you drive and park there, they give you a parking receipt at checkout.

Francisco the waiter gave awesome service, and the staff were great. The hotel is beautiful and so close to the cathedral and zocalo, which makes it easy to walk to the tourist spots. 10/10.

I ended up staying an extra night because the room was so wonderful. It had two balconies over the street, high ceilings, beautiful inlaid original wood floors, and period furniture that made me feel like royalty. Loved the old French-world feel, and the main cathedral is an easy walk away. A city tour is included with the room. Can't wait to come back for longer. Thanks for having me!

My room's inlaid wood floor was a favorite. The employees were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel includes breakfast. It's very close to the Zocalo.
