The hosts' warmth is what really won us over at Laviu, a charming little hotel with soul. The views are a feast for the eyes, and the place is spotless and meticulously maintained. It feels completely peaceful, with love showing in every detail.

I wasn't happy with how the booking went. The deposit requirement wasn't clear enough when I reserved, and calls came very early in the morning, which made me uncomfortable. They should explain the information more transparently from the start.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool isn't very large. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel with very good facilities, and it feels safe. I think it's a very good choice for a family vacation.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I was uneasy when they said late check-in would cost extra. There was no hot water for a shower either.

This isn't really a suite hotel as advertised. You're renting a room in an apartment building, and cancellations aren't refunded.
