The ladies at the front desk gave fantastic service and went above and beyond to help me with a situation. Secure parking mattered a lot to me, and the place feels very secure. The room is basic, as others have said, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the neighborhood, despite what others have said about it. There's an excellent taco place down the street.

I needed somewhere to spend the night in Puebla after being pretty careless on one visit, and couldn't find a place at first. Then I found this motel, with clean bedding and a great room for a good price. My room had a TV, some towels, and soap. The price and what you get probably depend on the room and the season.
