Bidmont Villa Spa

We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was clean and updated, with a comfortable bed. The pool and lounge area were lovely, and the sauna and cold plunge were top tier. There’s also a simple but beautiful gym space. The owner made us feel at home and paid close attention to making sure we had what we needed. Marcel and Rosa from the grounds crew were kind and hospitable too. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The hydrothermal circuit and massages were wonderful. The facilities are beautiful, the service was excellent, and the whole visit left us feeling very relaxed. We enjoyed it enough that next time we’re in Puerto Escondido, we’d like to come back and stay as hotel guests.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views over a peaceful, natural setting. Being so close to the airport was handy for both arriving and leaving. My wife and I spent three days at Vila Spa Bidmont, and it gave us time to properly disconnect and recharge. The food was excellent, prepared with care and full of flavor. For relaxing, there’s a pool, sauna, therapeutic massages, and Reiki sessions, all of which help you unwind and reconnect. I also had a chiropractic session with Federico, which was very professional and genuinely beneficial. Vila Spa Bidmont feels like a place to slow down, connect with yourself, and step away from the outside world. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for wellbeing, tranquility, and a deep relaxation experience.

The spa facilities really raised the level of our stay. The saltwater pool has two neck cascades, one stronger and one gentler, plus submerged hydromassage loungers. Guests can also try thermal contrast therapy, alternating a dry sauna with a plunge in cold water. Both the sauna and plunge tub look out over the pool. There’s a useful activity guide with massages, chiropractic care and yoga, as well as a cacao ceremony, bioluminescence, whale watching, horseback riding on the beach, and more. Parking right in front of Bidmont Villa & Spa was easy for unloading our bags, even though there’s no private garage, and the villa is in a very safe area. Walking through the gate felt like entering another dimension. The villa was fully booked, but it was still very quiet. We mostly heard the pool water and a wind chime, along with a light therapeutic scent. Our accommodation was spacious and finely decorated, with everything that made our stay comfortable. It had a large bathroom, an excellent shower, special amenities, a firm big bed, Pima cotton sheets and towels, a robe and slippers, air conditioning, a minibar, and a huge luggage rack. The balcony was just as large as the room, bringing in plenty of natural light, and had a translucent mosquito net for guests’ comfort. Our stay was top level. Thank you for a perfect experience.
