The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, and we really liked being able to use the kitchen each morning. The owner was helpful and kind, and the girls working there were sweet and helpful too. We were very happy with the location in Rinconada and would stay again next time.

The owners pointed me to a surf instructor, and that recommendation became the highlight of my time in Puerto. I was only there one night, but the stay was very comfortable and I felt safe traveling alone. Muchas gracias!

Save yourself the money and hassle and book somewhere else. There are plenty of good hotels nearby, and this isn't one of them. The owner and the whole staff were unwelcoming and extremely difficult to deal with.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It’s in a laid-back part of town, with an easy walk to an idyllic cove and lots of bars and restaurants.

I was still waiting outside at 7 p.m. with no one at reception, despite check-in being available from 3. After 20 minutes I followed some guests into the studios. The owner said the receptionist had gone out for an emergency and couldn’t say when they’d return, so I had to let myself into a room that was free. Completely unacceptable!
